Via Arathi Highlands Get yourself to Undercity, then head to Arathi Highlands. You don't need to kill Buzzard from Badlands to end it. But guess what if the market supports it. Arathi has several notable features including great circles of binding protected by elementals, the ruins of Stormgarde Keep which has been overrun by ogres and syndicate, and the Thandol Span - a massive dwarf-made bridge connecting Arathi to the Wetlands.
Via Gnomeregan The lesser Rock Elementals east of Kargath are level 37-39 and drop Elemental Earth at around 10% chance, along with Deeprock Salt, which can also be sold for some extra gold. TP to gnomeregan, walk from there to badlands. Did it on my Horde so works great for both sides!
